At the University of Rennes 1, Sébastien Rondel and the Student Life Unit manage communication and events for 30,000 students across multiple campuses. Coordinating a team of 12 “info-relays” spread across different locations and schedules made it difficult to gather everyone in the same room at the same time.

To improve coordination, Klaxoon’s Brainstorm and SketchMyProject template were used to centralize ideas and organize actions asynchronously. With Klaxoon, the team could take notes when available, advance projects faster, and use Question to reach out as needed—resulting in better coordination across campuses and saving time.
