Case Study: SNCF organizes hybrid team attendance with Klaxoon

Rearrange working spaces to organize the teams' attendance

SNCF Réseau’s Technical Division had to organize a gradual return to the office after quarantine while managing attendance across multiple sites and five floors in Tours. Using Klaxoon, Jean-Denis Galand needed a simple way to coordinate teams working either remotely or on-site and to keep managers informed.

Klaxoon’s Brainstorm tool was used to recreate office maps for each day, allowing the 150 collaborators to place their names on the relevant workspace and show where they would sit. This gave managers a clear visual view to monitor and adjust attendance when needed, and it also helped Jean-Denis coordinate remote attendance planning for the Bordeaux, Limoges, and Nantes offices.
