Organize remotely the reopening of agencies with a strict protocol

Pôle emploi Bretagne faced the challenge of reopening its 37 regional agencies after the COVID-19 health crisis. They needed to implement a strict health and safety protocol for receiving the public, a complex project that had to be coordinated entirely remotely and completed within a tight 10-day timeframe.

The vendor Klaxoon provided a solution through its Brainstorm tool with a Template feature. This allowed for the creation of a single, harmonized framework to plan safety measures, which each agency then adapted to its specific layout. Using Klaxoon enabled 100% remote control of the project, generated collective emulation, and led to the successful reopening of all agencies within two weeks.
