Case Study: ISIA achieves faster remote UX workshop results with Klaxoon

ISIA, a digital consulting team, needed a way to run UX workshops remotely during the containment period while involving a multidisciplinary group of stakeholders. Using Klaxoon, they brought together UX designers, recruitment, communication, and management teams to collaborate on rebuilding a section of their website.

With Klaxoon’s Brainstorm, ISIA first prepared personas via a Capsule survey, then shared the results in Brainstorm for the workshop. The remote session enabled participants to pool ideas and agree on a first structure, generating more than 150 ideas in just 3 hours and producing an approved tree view.
