Saint-Gobain, a major industrial group, was managing a large-scale digital transformation with 80 strategic projects running in parallel. To help its executive committee review progress and make better prioritization decisions, the team used Klaxoon’s Brainstorm to centralize the projects and support change management discussions.
With Klaxoon, the 17-member executive committee could prepare for meetings by reviewing vote questions in advance, then focus the 1.5-hour workshop on the projects that needed re-prioritization. The Brainstorm visual management features, including color-coded priorities and role/deadline dimensions, made meetings more efficient and helped Saint-Gobain prioritize the 80 projects more effectively.
