A Klaxoon Case Study
L’Oréal turned to Klaxoon when it needed to gather and prioritize ideas from more than 250 employees worldwide for a remote Christmas ideation workshop aimed at boosting online sales during lockdowns. The challenge was to run a fast, clear, collaborative session across time zones, with a very tight 5-day setup window and a large volume of ideas from a global team.
Using Klaxoon Board with templates such as Crazy 8 and 5W1H, Klaxoon helped L’Oréal quickly build and run two remote workshop sessions, collect 700 unique ideas, narrow them to a shortlist, and vote on the best concept for implementation. The Board remained in use afterward for follow-up meetings and project management, and L’Oréal reported faster setup, stronger participation, better decision-making, and more productive teamwork.
