The customer, Abylon Veolia, was looking to enhance expertise and performance while developing a collaborative culture with its clients during digital transformation projects. To facilitate collective intelligence workshops, especially in a remote setting, they turned to Klaxoon and its SpeedBoat tool.

Klaxoon's solution enabled the Abylon Veolia team to remotely run an Agile continuous improvement workshop. Using the SpeedBoat method within the Klaxoon platform, approximately fifty participants shared their feedback and ideas, which allowed the facilitator to quickly identify actionable items. This process was completed efficiently in just 30 minutes, demonstrating a significant improvement in workshop productivity and collaborative output for the customer.
