Krys store manager Guillaume wanted to boost his team’s engagement and sales during supplier-led business challenges, while also helping advisors in different stores get to know each other better. Using Klaxoon, and specifically its Brainstorm tool, he organized a friendly competition between his 20 advisors and a team from another store in the same region.
Klaxoon’s Brainstorm allowed Guillaume to track collective and individual scores daily based on the number of eyeglass frames sold, while advisors shared photos from their own tablets to fuel motivation. The result was stronger team commitment and better cross-store connections, with Guillaume noting a real difference in engagement across the teams.
