How to work and interact effectively in hybrid mode in the pharmaceutical industry

Vifor France, part of CSL Vifor, needed a better way to make hybrid medical events, team meetings, and project coordination more interactive and inclusive. Director of Medical Operations Valérie Desre-Follet wanted to move away from top-down information sharing and enable all participants, whether onsite or remote, to contribute more freely. Vifor chose the Klaxoon visual platform to support engagement and collaboration.

With Klaxoon, Vifor used Quiz, Question, Survey, and Board activities to animate a hybrid “train the trainer” session, run participative team meetings, and structure project management with methods like reverse brainstorming. The results included a 4.8/5 overall training rating, 93% of participants finding the session very interesting, and a 94% participation rate (14/15), which Vifor said was a first. Klaxoon also helped reduce email exchanges, improve team engagement, and extend the same collaborative format to other events.
