How to set up and facilitate Design Thinking workshops with Klaxoon

ENGIE, a major enterprise customer, needed a better way to run Design Thinking workshops and support its digital transformation teams. Mohamed Benkhodja, Digital Manager at ENGIE, used Klaxoon’s Brainstorm product to help facilitate collaborative sessions for both in-office and remote participants.

With Klaxoon, ENGIE organized workshops for teams of 5 to 10 people to collect ideas, prioritize irritants with Likes and List view, explore solutions with Word Clouds, and finalize decisions with Vote Questions. This streamlined the process so the group could produce collective specifications in just 1 hour, improving efficiency and helping deliver more projects.
