How to replace in-person training with an interactive hybrid activity

Pôle emploi Bretagne, an employment center in France, faced the challenge of continuing its in-person workshops for job hunters during a health crisis that prevented physical meetings. The agency manager, Philippe Zymek, needed to transform a half-day, small-group workshop on digital professions into a remote-friendly format. To achieve this, he turned to vendor Klaxoon and its Mission tool to create an accessible online learning module.

Using Klaxoon’s Mission and Board tools, the workshop was digitized into an interactive, hybrid activity. This solution allowed hundreds of participants to complete the training asynchronously or in facilitated sessions, leading to significantly increased reach and engagement. The results were substantial: Klaxoon helped Pôle emploi Bretagne train over 1,000 participants in a few months—a task that would have taken eight months in-person—and the module received a high 4.5 out of 5 star satisfaction rating.
