CNAF, a branch of the French social security system, needed a better way to prepare and run its weekly team meetings for a 12-person National Call Center working across on-site and remote locations. Christophe Trapani and his team were looking for a simple, centralized collaboration method inside Microsoft Teams, and turned to Klaxoon to keep meetings organized, accessible, and easy to follow.
Using Klaxoon’s Network, Brainstorm templates, Questions, and Synchro Board directly in Microsoft Teams, CNAF created a shared weekly update space where agents could post incidents, questions, and ideas throughout the week and then review them together in Tuesday meetings. The result was more structured and inclusive collaboration, faster meeting preparation, instant meeting notes, and stronger team engagement; Christophe also noted that using Questions could multiply response rates by five.
