The customer, a large French company in the medical diagnostics sector, faced a critical challenge: negative client feedback on a recently launched product. With a mandate to develop, produce, and launch a viable solution in just four months, Portfolio and Project Manager Jean-Christophe needed to unite over 20 remote colleagues from various departments to solve the problem quickly.
