Naval Group’s Performance Manager Officer, Julien Kleber, needed to make a monthly steering meeting with a dozen executives more engaging and participatory, including for remote attendees. The team already used visual management to track HR performance indicators, but the format was becoming tedious and needed a more interactive, collaborative way to involve everyone.
Using Klaxoon’s Workshop Platform and Board, Julien rebuilt the meeting as a visual agenda with asynchronous pre-work, color-coded indicators, brainstorming templates, and a Kanban table for action tracking. With Klaxoon, Naval Group improved engagement and discussion quality, enabled quieter participants to contribute, and made meetings more effective and flexible for hybrid work, while also strengthening follow-up on actions and monthly reporting.
