Vinci Energies needed a more simple, interactive way to modernize its internal IT tracking tool and run agile meetings for hybrid teams spread across multiple sites. Using Klaxoon’s visual platform, especially Board and Session, Vinci Energies created a Scrum Board for daily project tracking and a hybrid process for business reviews and feedback collection. Klaxoon helped the team move from 15 to 40 participants in monthly reviews, save time by eliminating retyping, improve interaction, and keep projects on deadline with better visibility, reporting, and action planning.
