How to make a physical event for 190 people interactive and inclusive

Sophia Antipolis Agile Tour, a non-profit agile conference and workshop event for 190 people, wanted to make its in-person experience more interactive, inclusive, and easier to navigate. The team needed a better way to share event information, showcase partners, and collect feedback before, during, and after the day. They turned to Klaxoon and its Workshop Platform, including Board, Questions, and Polls.

Klaxoon helped the organizers build a shared Board with six spaces for general information, partner introductions, networking, the program, live questions, and post-event feedback. The result was strong engagement: 170 of 190 registered attendees logged in, a participation rate of 89%. Klaxoon also enabled real-time interaction during sessions, easier feedback collection, and a centralized space for follow-up materials and retrospectives, making the event more dynamic and improving the organizers’ ability to learn and iterate.
