Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc., a U.S. pharmaceutical company, needed a better way to run cross-team workshops and collect employee feedback on its values. Senior Manager Emma Haraseth had been managing online focus groups with manual note-taking and transcription, which was time-consuming and inefficient.
Using Klaxoon’s visual workspace, especially Board, Emma led three one-hour workshops with about 35 volunteers per session, using icebreakers, brainstorming, polls, and a Q&A flow to centralize feedback and keep teams engaged. Klaxoon helped create a more immersive experience, saved Emma about 30 minutes per workshop, and streamlined reporting with easy PDF exports, eliminating manual transcription.
