Embraer Brazil, the multinational aerospace manufacturer, needed a better way to run strategic workshops across multiple time zones and improve employee engagement online. After using separate tools for surveys, voting, and whiteboarding, the team looked for an all-in-one collaboration platform and began using Klaxoon to centralize workshop activities and support input from teams in Brazil, the US, Portugal, and Singapore.
