How to drive change at scale for international teams, in only 3 workshops

onepoint, a consultancy specializing in digital transformation, faced the challenge of driving engagement and effective change for its international clients' teams. Their consultant, Norris Capsie, needed a solution to create interactive and collaborative presentations that would ensure participants were actively learning, especially when working across different geographies without in-person meetings. The vendor, Klaxoon, was identified as a platform to foster this participation.

Using Klaxoon’s Board and features like breakout rooms, ideation, and voting, onepoint implemented a series of three Design Thinking workshops for a client in the metal industry. This solution helped the client’s teams collaboratively map their sales processes, identify pain points with Salesforce adoption, and define a standardized roadmap. The results included greater clarity on objectives, prioritized action plans, and the removal of collaboration boundaries, allowing for efficient and creative teamwork with both on-site and remote participants.
