Ticket for Change, a mission-driven school focused on ecological transition, social inclusion, and meaningful work, needed a better way to make collective decisions as its organization and team grew. Its horizontal governance model relied on a strategic committee, but meetings were often long, inefficient, and left some voices unheard. The team turned to Klaxoon and its Board to streamline the decision-making process.

With Klaxoon’s Board, Ticket for Change introduced a structured workflow before, during, and after meetings: participants reviewed documents and shared input asynchronously, the workshop facilitator used a visual color-coded matrix to quickly spot areas of agreement or concern, and all comments remained available afterward for follow-up. The result was a threefold reduction in decision-making time, cutting workshops from about 3 hours to 1 hour, while improving clarity, collaboration, and the quality of decisions.
