Balthazar Cabinet uses Klaxoon to support its Balthazar Akademy training organization, where Grégory Dubois creates learning materials for clients’ employees and managers. Their challenge was to transform training modules that were originally delivered face-to-face into formats that could also be offered remotely and in a more interactive way.

Klaxoon’s Meeting activity was used to digitize the training sessions into turnkey virtual classes for trainers, combining icebreakers, word clouds with Question Live, presentation boards, and other interactive activities in one flow. The result was a fully online training format that can be delivered in all circumstances; however, the case study does not provide specific numeric impact metrics.
