Case Study: Orange boosts remote retrospective collaboration with Klaxoon

Facilitating an online retrospective using Klaxoon in seven steps

Orange’s Hélène Blanquet, Director for Employee Innovation and Digital Change, needed an effective way to run online retrospectives with distributed teams working across France. To keep remote employees engaged and help them collaborate as productively as they would in person, she turned to Klaxoon and its Brainstorm Retrospective Template.

Using Klaxoon, Orange quickly set up a structured retrospective with timers, voting, subgroup work, questions, and an automated report. The workshop brought together around 60 participants across five sites, identified and prioritized five major projects, and secured volunteers to lead them; Orange also received 30 feedback responses and very positive ROTI results, with the meeting report exported for follow-up.
