Case Study: SIG boosts hybrid brainstorming with Klaxoon

Facilitating an interactive hybrid brainstorming session with 200 people

SIG, a local service provider in Geneva, Switzerland, needed a way to run a hybrid brainstorming workshop for 200 participants about its climate pact initiative. Project Manager Sophie Rovelli turned to Klaxoon after finding it useful for collaboration during the pandemic, and needed a tool that could support both in-person and remote teamwork.

Using Klaxoon’s Session and Board tools, Sophie structured the workshop with icebreakers, live questions, voting, and collaborative idea-sharing in a shared workspace. The session produced 300 ideas, improved participation across hybrid attendees, and made it easier to sort, export, and act on the results. Klaxoon also helped centralize everything in one place and collect positive feedback from participants.
