GRDF, a major energy network operator, needed a better way to run its weekly executive committee meetings and synchronize different business lines more efficiently. With Klaxoon’s Brainstorm tool, the team looked for a simpler, more collaborative meeting process.

Using Klaxoon, each member posted three ideas in Brainstorm before the Monday meeting, then the committee reviewed, discussed, arbitrated, and made decisions together. The result was a major reduction in meeting time, from 3 hours to 1 hour, while also making decisions easier to document and share with teams via Klaxoon’s Capture tool.
