Case Study: Inetum-Realdolmen scales remote agile ceremonies with Klaxoon

Deploying agile ceremonies on a large scale and remotely

Inetum, a digital services and solutions company, faced the challenge of deploying the SAFe® agile methodology for a large-scale digital transformation project with their client MSA. Working remotely with over 100 participants, their goal was to maintain high engagement and coordination while adapting in-person agile ceremonies for a virtual environment. To achieve this, they turned to the vendor Klaxoon and its visual whiteboard product, Board, to structure their workshops.

Using Klaxoon's Board integrated with Microsoft Teams, Inetum successfully ran immersive and efficient PI Planning ceremonies. The solution provided a central visual space for collaboration, enabling real-time participation, easy feedback collection, and seamless sub-group work. As a result, Klaxoon helped Inetum not only replicate but enhance their agile workshops remotely, ensuring all teams were synchronized and could access information asynchronously, which saved significant time and improved overall efficiency.
