Conducting a 100%-remote PI Planning event with 120 people

Sopra Steria, working with Klaxoon, needed a new way to run PI Planning remotely while keeping 120 participants engaged and collaborating effectively. Project Manager and Innovation Consultant Marie-Christine Vuong used Klaxoon to adapt a key SAFe® event that normally brings together distributed teams over one or two days.

With Klaxoon’s Brainstorm, Sopra Steria designed the entire PI Planning workshop in one shared visual workspace, with dedicated sections for each agenda item. This enabled a fully remote event where teams could move between activities without disrupting others, improving coordination and maintaining engagement across the 120-person session.
