Groupe Rocher uses Klaxoon to improve the efficiency of its weekly management meetings. The team needed a better way to synchronize business lines, discuss ideas, and make decisions without spending excessive time in long executive committee sessions.

With Klaxoon’s Brainstorm tool, participants shared ideas before each Monday meeting, then reviewed, discussed, and finalized decisions during the session. The company also used the Capture feature to record and share outcomes afterward. As a result, Klaxoon helped cut the weekly meeting duration from 3 hours to just 1 hour, reducing meeting time by two-thirds.
