Orange needed a better way to run its fibre deployment improvement workshops with functional teams spread across France’s Great West region. The company wanted to replace regular in-person meetings with a more efficient remote collaboration method, and it used Klaxoon’s collaborative workspace, including Brainstorm, to support these co-construction sessions.

Klaxoon enabled Jérôme Le Hénaff to facilitate 100% remote workshops, from icebreakers and task prioritization to retrospectives, while bringing around 20 participants together on a shared Network. The result was smoother, more dynamic collaboration and stronger collective intelligence for continuous improvement, helping Orange optimize fibre deployment workflows.
