L’Oréal’s IT Learning Specialists, Victor and Guillaume, needed to keep their “Tech Trends” training program effective for 1,700 IT employees located around the world while moving to a fully remote format. The challenge was to preserve engagement, interaction, and knowledge-sharing across distributed teams, and they used Klaxoon to help digitize the sessions.
Using Klaxoon Brainstorm integrated with Microsoft Teams, L’Oréal redesigned each module around a shared visual frame covering participant expectations, live activities, and learner feedback. The result was a more interactive remote training experience, with the format reduced from 3 hours in a room to 2 hours online, while also encouraging more open discussion and continuous improvement.
