Societe Generale, a French bank, faced the challenge of adapting its highly dynamic, in-person onboarding workshop for up to 90 new hires into an equally engaging and effective fully remote experience. The vendor Klaxoon was selected to help create a fun and user-friendly online alternative that could foster connection between speakers and participants.
Using the Klaxoon Board as a visual workspace, the solution involved creating a week-long digital journey with daily interactive sessions, games, and collaborative activities. This approach successfully onboarded over 90 new hires remotely, provided a seamless experience for participants, and drastically reduced long-term preparation time through the ability to duplicate Boards for future workshops.
