A Klara Case Study
The Center for Complex Neurology, a three-provider neurology practice in Phoenix, AZ, faced limited staff and a need for rapid, reliable patient communication. To address repetitive tasks and improve responsiveness, the practice adopted Klara’s patient communication platform, leveraging automation and integration with their phone tree and EHR.
Klara enabled texting, website and voicemail messaging, EHR integration, and automated forms/workflows so patients could reach the practice quickly and staff could focus on care. As a result, Center for Complex Neurology collected 135,000+ patient forms, sent 428,000+ messages, and achieved a patient NPS of 47 (“above average”), helping the understaffed practice operate without a receptionist.
