Case Study: LeaseRunner improves web app code quality and search performance with KitRUM

LeaseRunner - Customer Case Study

LeaseRunner, a U.S.-based web application for listing ads, tenant screening, e-signature leases, and ACH rent collection for landlords, needed help improving and extending its real estate services platform. KitRUM supported the customer with backend development for the application, including work on search queries and code improvements.

KitRUM upgraded the codebase framework, refined the existing code, and added test cases for parts of the web app using PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript. The project is still ongoing, but LeaseRunner reported satisfaction with the quality of the work, and KitRUM delivered proactively and on schedule, helping improve code quality and maintainability.
