Jaja Finance, a London-based fintech founded in 2015 that now issues cards for Jaja, Bank of Ireland, the AA and the UK Post Office, needed a secure, easy-to-use way to share sensitive customer and investor documents across the business. The company had to meet GDPR data‑subject access requests, protect credit card numbers and support law‑enforcement requests, while replacing a costly per‑access VDR and avoiding non‑approved Microsoft tools — all with predictable pricing and fast adoption.

Jaja deployed Accellion Kiteworks (single‑tenant on AWS) to provide secure VDRs, SFTP and automated workflows integrated via Apache Airflow and APIs, plus SSO and detailed audit trails. The result: rapid, company‑wide adoption (about 100 licenses), streamlined automated routing of incoming data, tighter cost control and license management, GDPR compliance for consumer access, and secure internal sharing of sensitive card data across finance, customer service and the board.
