The customer, Patrick J. McGroder of the law firm Gallagher and Kennedy, required a compelling visual presentation for an aviation litigation conference. The challenge was to create a clear and impactful re-enactment of a complex mid-air collision between a plane and a helicopter for use in legal proceedings. Kitchen Sink Studios, through its Kitchen Sink Legal division, was engaged to produce a computer animation for this purpose.

Kitchen Sink Studios developed a detailed two-minute computer animation simulation of the collision over Cape Cod. The solution involved analyzing data, creating a foundation report, and portraying multiple vantage points along with radar data. The resulting animation was successfully presented at the American Bar Association Aviation Litigation Conference, effectively demonstrating the vendor's capabilities and meeting the client's specific litigation support needs.
