Leading Spanish Publishing Group, a consortium of 14 imprints across eight publishing companies, needed to streamline digital eBook production and distribution while preserving distinct branding for each imprint. They engaged Kitaboo to address integration with existing systems (CMS, Oracle-based ERP, eStore) and to provide secure school distribution plus teacher–student collaboration capabilities using KITABOO® Publisher.

Kitaboo implemented a centralized KITABOO® Publisher to convert legacy content into interactive eBooks, integrated the platform with the group's Oracle Financials ERP and CMS via production-stage hooks, customized 14 eReaders for individual branding, rolled out Secure USB distribution after ethical-hacker testing, and enabled KITABOO® Collaboration for contextual, online/offline teacher–student sharing. The result was streamlined, group-wide eBook production, faster go-live thanks to seamless integrations, secure school deployments, and substantial time savings for teachers through easier resource sharing.
