Huberman Lab, led by neuroscientist and podcaster Andrew Huberman, needed to reduce reliance on algorithm-driven platforms and build an audience it fully owned. Using Kit, the team set out to grow an email list while meeting listeners where they preferred to engage, especially through newsletters instead of only long-form audio or video.
Kit helped Huberman Lab implement automated lead magnet delivery, prominent site-wide newsletter signups, and creator Recommendations to drive continuous subscriber growth. The result was rapid scale from 6,000 to over 1 million subscribers, including 580,000+ from the lead magnet and 72,000+ from Recommendations, with strong engagement such as 82% open rates on the welcome sequence and 65% open rates on broadcasts.
