World Vision Automate Registration to Use Resources Effectively

World Vision, a global Christian relief and development organization with 10,001+ employees active in nearly 100 countries, faced cumbersome registration and information-collection processes that caused lost candidates and chaotic communications. To address this, World Vision has used Kissflow since 2016, adopting its no-code platform to replace email, spreadsheets and ad-hoc methods for gathering media content and talent information.

Kissflow delivered a custom registration app and other no-code solutions—about 15 live applications and 28 apps created—that streamline sign-up, route requests through manager and subject-matter expert verification, and consolidate submissions from hundreds of field sites. The Kissflow implementation increased visibility into available communications talent, reduced opportunities lost to a cumbersome process, sped up expert matching for assignments, and drove broader departmental adoption and better process data for analysis.
