Servitron, one of Mexico’s leading radio communications service providers (37 employees, serving over 30,000 users in 10 major cities), was hampered by slow, paper- and email-based internal approvals for expense reports, travel claims and site authorizations. After finding custom development too costly and slow, Servitron adopted KiSSFLOW’s workflow automation platform in September 2015 to simplify processes and let non-IT users design and manage workflows.
KiSSFLOW enabled Servitron to build dozens of apps (51–200) to automate travel expense workflows, infrastructure access authorizations, and fleet service/maintenance, with mobile approvals for field crews and seamless G Suite integration. The result was faster approval cycles, reduced paper and expense overhead, real-time task tracking and accountability, and measurable operational and financial savings—driving wider adoption across departments, according to Servitron and KiSSFLOW.
