Verisys, a Utah-based healthcare screening and verification company, struggled with time-consuming, error-prone manual approval workflows that relied on long email threads and often caused process delays. Kissflow helped Verisys automate purchase approvals and HR onboarding/offboarding (with system administrator Eric Rooks building multiple apps), produce real-time process reports for HR and accounting, and enable accountants to track purchases without involving purchasing. Using Kissflow (HIPAA-compliant), Verisys built 34 apps, reduced delays, improved visibility and compliance, and achieved measurable time savings across departments.
