Landmark Properties, a national student‑housing real estate firm with 1,000+ employees and 74 properties, faced growing pain managing marketing and creative requests with Google Forms and spreadsheets—requestors lacked visibility, requests couldn’t be tracked to completion, and there was no standardized workflow. To solve this, Landmark adopted Kissflow’s workflow platform (Kissflow Digital Workplace) to bring structure and transparency to request management.

Kissflow implemented configurable workflows beginning in 2015 and helped Landmark build about 15 apps to automate marketing graphics, customer service approvals, bonus approvals, write‑offs, and concession requests. Kissflow’s reporting on time‑to‑close and SLA breaches enabled monthly process tuning; as a result, Landmark now manages all 74 properties and approval processes in Kissflow, gaining improved visibility, faster request resolution, and greater operational efficiency.
