NQ Dry Tropics Saving The Planet by Automating Workflows

NQ Dry Tropics, a not-for-profit natural resource management body for the Burdekin Dry Tropics region in North Eastern Australia, needed a better way to track project expenditures and streamline purchase requisition approvals. IT Manager Doug Willis sought a workflow tool that integrated with Google Apps to replace the tangle of emails and paperwork, and selected Kissflow for its ease of setup and process-tracking capabilities.

Kissflow implemented a cloud workflow solution that automated purchase requisitions and other internal approval processes; NQ Dry Tropics built 14 apps on the platform to track processes and expenses, replacing manual emails and paperwork and improving visibility and control over project spending. Kissflow’s integration with Google Apps and straightforward configuration enabled the organisation to scale approvals and maintain stronger financial oversight.
