SoftBank Telecom, a telecom & media company with 1,001–5,000 employees, was relying on spreadsheets and email for approvals and process tracking, which was slow and error-prone. Since 2016 they adopted Kissflow’s workflow and app platform (including its mobile app) to make approvals, automation, and custom app creation faster, easier, and more affordable.
Kissflow delivered drag-and-drop workflows, Excel-formula-based conditions and a responsive mobile approval experience, letting teams build apps in about 30 minutes and roll them out across subsidiaries. As a result, SoftBank Telecom has created 28 apps, leaders now approve 10–20 requests daily via mobile, training time is down to ~10 minutes, and they replaced Concur—saving a few hundred dollars per month—while praising Kissflow’s support and planning further rollout.
