Puma Energy turned to Kissflow’s low-code platform to support its digital transformation and keep operations moving during COVID-19, when remote work and disrupted workflows made coordination difficult. The company needed a simpler way to digitize and orchestrate processes across its global operations, especially as manual, paper-based work and email-driven collaboration were slowing decisions.

Using Kissflow, Puma Energy scaled from a 200-user pilot to more than 1,500 users, automated document handling with smart attachments and OCR, and launched a supplier portal to centralize purchase orders, invoices, and payment status. Kissflow helped Puma Energy improve decision-making and efficiency across the business, reduce manual work, and move away from paper-based processes.
