Kaohsiung American Automate Business Processes, Go Paperless

Kaohsiung American School (KAS), an international not‑for‑profit K‑12 school in southern Taiwan with about 600 students and a 51–200 staff, faced slow, paper‑based finance, administrative and HR processes—simple tasks like leave approvals were taking days. The IT team (Victor Boulanger, Leena Wang and Robert Chuang) chose KiSSFLOW as their workflow automation solution to create a more productive, paperless environment.

With KiSSFLOW the team built workflow apps (13 created) to initiate, approve and track requests, starting with leave requests; processes that once took several days now take only minutes, significantly reducing cycle time and freeing the three‑member IT team to focus on other priorities. KiSSFLOW has enabled KAS to go paperless and is being rolled out further across HR, administrative and finance functions, delivering clear time savings and operational efficiency.
