Case Study: Vietnamobile achieves faster approvals, cost savings and digital transformation with Kissflow

Harnesses the power of automation

Vietnamobile, a Hanoi-based telecom serving millions of subscribers, was struggling with error-prone, paper- and Excel-based workflows across a 501–1,000 employee organization. Manual processes made tracking, accountability, and secure handling of sensitive customer data difficult. To address this, Vietnamobile adopted Kissflow to digitize and standardize approvals and operational workflows.

Kissflow was implemented under Project Director Warin Loasakul, who began with 100 licenses and quickly expanded to 800, building about 20 apps to automate processes such as new-customer approvals, plan changes, service cancellations, NodeB connection checks, memorandum sign-offs, and core HR workflows. The Kissflow cloud solution delivered faster, more accountable processes, reduced errors and maintenance overhead, and produced measurable adoption growth (100→800 users) and 20 automated apps, helping Vietnamobile cut costs and eliminate paper-based bottlenecks.
