Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA), a faith-based nonprofit of about 500 employees across Michigan and Ontario, faced cumbersome, paper-based HR processes for employee onboarding, offboarding and tracking skills and access. They selected Kissflow’s workflow platform (forms, workflows and process tracking) to simplify and standardize those processes.

Kissflow provided an easy-to-build forms and workflow solution that automated account provisioning, equipment/access tracking and updates when employees moved roles. CRCNA used Kissflow to create 41 apps and cut onboarding lead time from one week to one day, improving HR efficiency, visibility and employee lifecycle management.
