CD-Adapco, the world’s largest independent CFD-focused provider of engineering simulation software with roughly 900 employees and thousands of users across more than 35 locations, faced challenges tracking onboarding and offboarding across HR, IT and Accounting to avoid delays and security risks. To manage Google Apps accounts and ensure timely provisioning and revocation of access, CD-Adapco selected kissflow’s workflow platform.

Using kissflow, CD-Adapco built 11 workflow apps and shortened workflow creation from about 45 minutes with other tools to roughly 5 minutes, according to Steve Feldman. kissflow automated notifications to HR, IT and Finance, closed accounts promptly on departure, reduced process bottlenecks, and strengthened security by ensuring access was revoked across the company’s global footprint.
