Carnegie Foundation For the Advancement of Teaching (Carnegie Foundation) is an independent policy and research center that coordinates collaborative work across hundreds of faculty to improve education. Burdened by voluminous, manual, email-based processes and lengthy approval cycles that made it hard to track status or close requests, the Foundation turned to Kissflow to bring structure and automation to its collaboration workflows.

Kissflow implemented automated workflows and apps—building 17 apps to manage processes from faculty onboarding to course-edit suggestions and bug reporting—providing clear workflow trails and reporting. As a result, Carnegie Foundation gained visibility into bottlenecks, reduced the time to complete processes, and accelerated tracking and closure of requests so improvements to courses can be implemented more quickly.
