Child Development Associates (CDA), California’s largest childcare provider and a non-profit serving more than 22,000 children, was struggling with manual procurement processes spread across paper, email, and siloed systems. The organization needed a better way to track purchases, collect digital signatures, and improve visibility for stakeholders and managers.
