The City of Le Sueur migrated to Kisi for increased reliability and cloud-based features

The City of Le Sueur, a growing local government community in Minnesota, needed a more reliable access control system for its expanding community center. Before Kisi, staff had to manually unlock doors for visitors and guests, and the existing system was unreliable and difficult to scale, especially across multiple facilities and with Recdesk integration.

Kisi implemented cloud-based access control using Kisi Reader and Kisi Controller, integrated with Recdesk, to manage access across front doors, lobbies, fitness areas, and other recreational spaces. The result was smooth migration with no downtime, easier onboarding and offboarding for seasonal employees and guests, remote access management from a phone, and multiple access methods for users, all while improving security and operational flexibility.
